Airport Transportation:

Palisades Tahoe is approximately one hour from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport, depending on skier traffic. We recommend sharing a rental car with someone or taking the airport shuttle. You can make reservations for the shuttle at North Lake Tahoe Express.

The Fine Print

Cancellation:

Tickets are non-transferable. If you need to cancel, please let us know immediately. We are managing a waiting list of those who would like to attend. After February 1st, 2024 we can no longer refund registration fees as we have signed contracts with Palisades Banquet Services.

Spouses/Significant Others:

While we’d love to include significant others, we are very limited on space for our hosted welcome reception and closing dinner and cannot accommodate additional guests for those events. A highlight of our event has been keeping it limited to a manageable size for more intimate and meaningful networking. We encourage you to bring your significant other to join us for skiing and to make a weekend of the event. Thank you for your understanding!

Registration Fee:

The registration fee includes the reception and dinner at Base Camp on Wednesday, and the après party and dinner on Thursday.

*Alcohol offered as part of the event will be paid for by Breck and is not a part of the registration fee collected on this website. Any attendees who chose to consume alcohol must be age 21 or over, which will be verified by the hosting venue.
