  • 5:30 - 9 pm: Hosted Welcome Reception and Dinner at Base Camp#63 on the map

  • Explore Palisades Tahoe Village

Thursday, March 7th

Explore Palisades Tahoe! Join us on the slopes, or for non-skiers, we're organizing alternate adventures - you choose how you want to spend the day. Please be sure to join the group for the hosted après ski party at the Plaza Bar at 3 and private dinner at The Dubliner at 6:30!

  • 8:15 am: Morning meet-up at CoffeeBar, Olympic Valley (#61 on the map). All are welcome, even if you're not skiing!

  • SKIERS/SNOWBOARDERS:

    • If you need a lift ticket and/or rental gear, we have group discounted rates. Use Promo Code Ovham24

    • 9 am: Hit the slopes!

    • If you have an Ikon pass, Thursday March 7th is an "Ikon Pass First Tracks" day. Explore the mountain an hour before everyone else (8-9am). Sign up here. The group will meet you at 9:30 at the base of the KT lift.

  • NON-SKIER OPTIONS:

    • 10:45 - 11:45 am: Hosted group All-Level Yoga with Breathwork Class at Palisades Yoga (#64 on the map). Please RSVP by emailing Susie. Available to the first 50 respondents.

    • 1 pm (or ANY time!): Snowshoe or Cross Country Ski at the Everline Resort. They have rental gear or bring your own. Trail pass required.

    • 2 pm (or ANY time!): Meet the group outside the entrance to the Palisades Tahoe tram for a scenic ride up the mountain. We have secured a group discounted rate for a sightseeing ticket (use promo code OVham24) which will allow you to experience the beauty of the mountain. The ticket is valid all day for the tram, funitel and the new base to base gondola (ride up and over the mountain to Alpine!).

    • Snowmobiling: Lake Tahoe Snowmobiles provides tours at the top of Brockway Summit, about 1/2 hour drive from Palisades. Single sleds from $230 and double sleds from $260 for two hour tours. Email Susie if interested. We will connect those who are interested to make a plan - this is being presented as an option but is not organized by Overall and Hamilton Group.

  • 12:30 pm: Unofficial meet-up for lunch at the Rocker (not hosted)

  • 3 - 5:30 pm: Hosted Slopeside Après Ski at the Plaza Bar, located on the second floor of Olympic House at the base of Palisades Tahoe (#7 on the map)

  • 6:30 pm - close: Hosted private dinner and after party at The Dubliner (#41 on the map) in the Village.

Palisades Tahoe Lift Tickets:

If you do not have an Ikon Pass valid at Palisades Tahoe, you will need to purchase your own lift ticket(s). We have secured group rates for midweek and weekend lift tickets. Here is the link to purchase lift tickets, tram passes, rental gear, lessons, etc. Use Promo Code Ovham24. If you're having trouble navigating the system, here's a helpful video to guide you.

Airport Transportation:

Palisades Tahoe is approximately one hour from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport, depending on skier traffic. We recommend sharing a rental car with someone or taking the airport shuttle. You can make reservations for the shuttle at North Lake Tahoe Express.

Registration Fee:

The registration fee includes the reception and dinner at Base Camp on Wednesday, and the après party and dinner on Thursday.

*Alcohol offered as part of the event will be paid for by Breck and is not a part of the registration fee collected on this website. Any attendees who chose to consume alcohol must be age 21 or over, which will be verified by the hosting venue.

Cancellation:

Tickets are non-transferable. If you need to cancel, please let us know immediately. We are managing a waiting list of those who would like to attend. After February 1st, 2024 we can no longer refund registration fees as we have signed contracts with Palisades Banquet Services.

Spouses/Significant Others:

While we’d love to include significant others, we are very limited on space for our hosted welcome reception and closing dinner and cannot accommodate additional guests for those events. A highlight of our event has been keeping it limited to a manageable size for more intimate and meaningful networking. We encourage you to bring your significant other to join us for skiing and to make a weekend of the event. Thank you for your understanding!
